Registration

Please fill out the registration form and rules and regulations and turn in along with registration fee ($30 per student, $50 family max) and last month's tuition. Registration forms can be faxed, mailed or returned in person. The registration fee and final month's tuition (May 2012) are due at the time of registration and can be paid by phone or in person.
